This EPAX X10 is a mid-sized printer.   X10 has four models with different screens loaded.  8.9" 4K mono screen, 10.1" 2K color screen, 10.1" 5K mono screen and 10.1" 8K mono screen.

We do not ship refurbished printers internationally. They are only available for domestic US customers.

This is a USED EPAX X10 printer in good working condition. The exact condition of the printer will vary. Sometimes a refurbished printer will have minor cosmetic damage (such as a dent or scratch on the frame or scuffs). Some will have some signs of use (such as minor scratches on the build plate or vat), but nothing that will impact printing.

The printer will be in good working condition and is tested before shipping out. Your printer will arrive calibrated and ready to print.

The X10 has 6 times more volume than the X1 printer and a 250mm build height!

Please note: The LCD screen, film, filters and resin are consumable technology which are NOT covered by this warranty.

All other components of the printer are covered by the warranty. In the event of damage or defect, we will ship you replacement parts free of charge. It does not void the warranty for you to open your printer and perform maintenance. Our printers were designed to be user-friendly both inside and out.

If you wish to have us repair or perform maintenance on your printer for you, we are happy to do so. We will provide free parts and labor, but you must cover the round trip shipping costs. You may use your preferred carrier.

 

Returns and Refunds

If for some reason you decide our printer is not for you, simply contact us within 30 days from the date of your purchase. You must cover the return shipping back to the warehouse, but you will receive a full refund if the printer is unopened when returned to us.

For opened/used printers there is a 15% restocking fee and if any parts/accessories are missing you will not be refunded for those items.

Products that are shipped in poor condition (e.g. resin on a printer or still on the vat/platform) will have an additional 5% deducted from their refund.

You may opt to receive your refund in the form of store credit. In the case of unopened products the 5% processing fee will not be applied. In the case of opened products the 15% restocking/processing fee will still be applied. Refunds are only given out once one of our technicians finishes inspection on the product.

 

Walk-in Policy

For local printer service/repair, please send an email to sales@epax3d.com to schedule an appointment for drop-off.   It typically takes two business days to get the service/repair and final test done.  More days may be needed if the parts are not in stock.  Before the service, we will inspect and send you a quote including the parts cost and the labor cost.

This EPAX X10 is equipped with a 10.1-inch 14K mono LCD screen. As with all other X series printers, this X10 is also an all-metal build for high-volume business customers.  This Monochrome LCD screen allows for much faster exposure settings and higher resolution enabling users to print much faster and with greater detail.

BUILD VOLUME: 14K build volume of 223.78mm*126.198mm*250mm. The X10 14K utilizes a lensed light source consisting of an ultraviolet LED matrix with a finely tuned lens array. The emitted UV rays are uniformly parallel creating ultra-precise prints.

Works with ChiTuBox Pro version slicers and Free Basic Version. The mainboard and slicer both are supplied by ChiTuBox. Third-party slicer software might need ChiToBox's SDK in order to export files for this printer. If you use other slicers, such as Lychee, please consult the slicer maker for compatibility. 

**An importable preset for this printer's parameters will be added in the next Chitubox update. Until then, you can make a custom profile for the machine parameters using the settings in the image gallery.**
