Our nFEP films are a special blend of Teflon material.  They were originally used in DLP and SLA machines (a different size) due to high requirements of those printers.  Those FEP films sold by other brand LCD printers are not good enough for DLP and SLA. nFEP film is now available for LCD printers.
  • This 3-pack of films are fit for all EPAX X1 series 3D Printers, including X1-Classic, X1-DJ, X1-N, X1-K and also E6 printers, because they all share the same size of vat.
    • Size: LxW 200x140mm/7.8x5.5 inch
    • New 0.125mm thickness, compared to previous 0.1mm thickness
  • Our nFEP films are excellent quality: resistant to high temperatures (up to 220° C), chemical resistant, UV stable and provide the ultimate non-stick surface for 3D resin printing.
  • nFEP is perfectly smooth - smoother than FEP film - with great air permeability, which leads to less vacuum suction force. So you will have fewer failed prints compared to standard FEP film.
  • All of our films are shipped in thoughtful, protective packaging to ensure they arrive to you in pristine condition.

All other components of the printer are covered by the warranty. In the event of defect, we will ship you replacement parts free of charge. It does not void the warranty for you to open your printer and perform maintenance. Our printers were designed to be user-friendly both inside and out. 

Warranty does not cover willful damages, tears and damages due to accident, normal wear and tear, improper care, resin spills and mis-use.

If you wish to have us repair or perform maintenance on your printer for you, we are happy to do so. Y ou must cover labor costs, the round trip shipping costs and any parts not under warranty. You may use your preferred carrier with proper shipping insurance coverage.

 

Returns and Refunds

If for some reason you decide our printer is not for you, simply contact us within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Return shipping must be covered by the customer. We can print a label for you, however the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund.

For unopened products, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover a portion of our transaction and shipping costs.

For opened/used products there is a 15% restocking / processing fee and if any parts/accessories are missing, the cost for those items will be deducted as well. Customer is responsible for ensuring a clean product is shipped back to us. Products that are shipped in poor condition (e.g. resin on a printer or still on the vat/platform) will have an additional 5% deducted from their refund.

You may opt to receive your refund in the form of store credit. In the case of unopened products the 5% processing fee will not be applied. This tape should be installed on top of your LCD screen to help protect your printer from resin spills as well as hold your LCD screen in place. It will prevent any leaked resin from dripping underneath your screen and potentially damaging your printer. It will also hold your screen in place if you have to lay your printer down to perform maintenance, etc.

The 10.1" screen tape is cut and sized to fit EPAX X10 with 10.1" 2K color screen printers. It is ready to install.

The 8.9" screen tape is cut and sized to fit EPAX X10 with 8.9" 4K mono screen printers and EPAX E10 printers. It is ready to install.

This is the screen tape ONLY. Replacement LCD screens must be purchased separately.

    Please choose the right size for your printer!.

    One way to apply tape to 5.5" LCD screen:

    1. Wear UV protective glasses.  Download the 5.5" screen-edge.cbddlp file which will show you the edge of displayable screen. You can find the frame file here.
    2. Remove both vat and build platform. "Print" the above cbddlp file and observe the light on each side of the display area.
    3. Apply the pre-cut tape to the light frame so that the light frame is still seen.  On each of the 4 sides there is about 1mm room of extra space so you don't necessarily need to apply the tape precisely.  The tape is 2mm larger than the display area on all sides.
    4. Press the tape so that it is secure and even. Try to avoid creases.
    5. Perform an Auto-Home without the vat in place and then with the vat.

    Another way to apply tape:

    1. Wear UV protective glasses
    2. Remove both vat and build platform. Select "Calibrate" on touchscreen.  Use a thick cardboard to cover the displayed rectangle.
    3. Apply the pre-cut tape to the lighted area along the lighted edge.  
    4. Press the tape so that it is secure and even. Try to avoid creases.
    5. Perform an Auto-Home without the vat in place and then with the vat.

      Replacing your screen always involved re-leveling your build plate.

      ALWAYS make sure your vat is free from any debris and that the build plate has nothing on it before starting a new print job.  Monochrome screens are more expensive due to being produced in smaller volumes only for 3D printing.

      Epax screen protectors are similar to a cell phone's anti-scratch screen protector but are tailored to work with Epax Printers. Epax screen protectors are a great way to protect your LCD screen from potential damage that may occur if there is a resin spill.

      Please make sure you choose the right screen size for your model.

      There are protective films on both sides of the screen protector.  When you apply the protector, you need to peel off the film labeled "back" and then apply using the plastic spatula to the screen's surface carefully, starting from one corner. Having some bubbles may be unavoidable but they should not affect your prints.

      This is an alternate, optional build platform for the EPAX E10 3D printer. Its top bracket is unique to E10 printers. Is compatible with all variants of the E10 printer.

      It is made from soft aluminum with a sandblasted surface for the best adhesion and print removal, and it is constructed to be stable for minimal re-leveling.

      Angled E10 Build Platform Benefits

      Using this build platform will minimize resin accumulation on the top of the plate, allowing it to more readily drip back into the vat during printing. This makes clean-up and print removal faster, easier, and less messy overall so that you can spend more time printing.

      This build plate comes with all of the parts necessary to install it quickly and easily into your printer. All that is necessary is to calibrate the plate to your machine. It is calibrated in the same way as our other build plates.

      Choose the right build platform for your model.  There are two molded build platform available.  One for E10 printer and one for E6 printer. 

      This low-cost molded build plate has metal sheet attached to bottom and comes with all of the parts necessary to install it quickly and easily into your printer. All that is necessary is to calibrate the plate to your machine. It is calibrated in the same way as any our build plate.

       

      Note that you must level this build plate for your printer.  The build plate is dedicated to one of your printers and cannot be used with other printers without releveling to that printer.  So please mark the build plate to the printer name.

        This tape should be installed on top of your LCD screen to help protect your printer from resin spills as well as hold your LCD screen in place. It will prevent any leaked resin from dripping underneath your screen and potentially damaging your printer. It will also hold your screen in place if you have to lay your printer down to perform maintenance, etc.

        The 15.6" screen tape is cut and sized to fit EPAX X156 with 15.6" 4K color screen.

This Monochrome LCD screen optimizes the output of light exposure allowing for breakneck curing and print times of up to 100 mm/hr.         Our soft aluminum EPAX X1 build plates allow for both optimal bottom layer adhesion as well as print removal. They have a gently sanded surface and are constructed to be stable, secure and seldom require re-leveling.

        This build platform has all the parts/screws necessary to install it right away.  

        If you choose a "Slightly Scratched" build platform you may see some signs of use when your platform arrives. They were likely scratched during factory testing. These scratches will not affect print adhesion or printing in any way. Scratches are actually known to improve adhesion and platforms inevitably become scratches over time.

        Works with all EPAX X1 series printers of 5.5" and 6" screens.  For X1-4KS printer, which uses 6.6" screen, please choose its model.

        NOTE: Before using your new build platform, be sure to calibrate it for your EPAX 3D printer.

It is attached to the existing build platform using an adhesive magnetic pad. This item does not come with the build platform itself. Not recommended for dental use.

        If for some reason you decide our printer is not for you, simply contact us within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Return shipping must be covered by the customer. We can print a label for you, however the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund.

        For unopened products, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover a portion of our transaction and shipping costs.

        For opened/used products there is a 15% restocking / processing fee and if any parts/accessories are missing, the cost for those items will be deducted as well. Customer is responsible for ensuring a clean product is shipped back to us. Products that are shipped in poor condition (e.g. resin on a printer or still on the vat/platform) will have an additional 5% deducted from their refund.

        You may opt to receive your refund in the form of store credit. In the case of unopened products the 5% processing fee will not be applied. In the case of opened products the 15% restocking/processing fee will still be applied. Refunds are only given out once one of our technicians finishes inspection on the product.

        This is an alternate, optional build platform for the EPAX X10 3D printer. It is made from soft aluminum with a sanded surface for the best adhesion and print removal, and it is constructed to be stable for minimal re-leveling.

        This build platform is only compatible with X10 printers, it is not compatible with E10 printers.  E10 requires a different top bracket.

        Angled X10 Build Platform Benefits

        Using this build platform will minimize resin accumulation on the top of the plate, allowing it to more readily drip back into the vat during printing. This makes clean-up and print removal faster, easier, and less messy overall so that you can spend more time printing.

         

        This build plate comes with all of the parts necessary to install it quickly and easily into your printer. All that is necessary is to calibrate the plate to your machine. It is calibrated in the same way as the standard flat build plate.

        This is a USED EPAX E10 printer in good working condition. The exact condition of the printer will vary. Sometimes a refurbished printer will have minor cosmetic damage (such as a dent or scratch on the frame or scuffs). Some will have some signs of use (such as minor scratches on the build plate or vat), but nothing that will impact printing.

        Build plate/arm and vat are molded plastic parts.

        The printer will be in good working condition and is tested before shipping out. Your printer will arrive calibrated and ready to print.

        We do not ship refurbished printers internationally. They are only available for domestic US customers.  

        This EPAX E10 is a mid-sized printer, with either 8.9" 4K, 10.1" 5K or 8K mono screen loaded. Monochrome LCD screens allow for much faster exposure settings and have a much longer lifespan than color LCD screens.

        The E10 has same printing volume height as X10 at 250mm.
